Duke Ferguson is the Owner/CEO and Master Trainer of Unleashed Potential K9 Academy.Duke is a graduate of Animal Behavior College and an ABC Mentor Trainer.
Duke is also a graduate of Canada West Canine Center and is a Certified Master Trainer. 1998 Grad from the Atlantic Police Academy’s Conservation Enforcement program. Duke trained as a conservation officer and wildlife tech and was placed with the K9 Unit.
He has trained Hunting dogs since he was 12 years old. Dukes 4th certification in dog training was at No Limitations school for Dog Trainers now called Sit means Sit. Duke later went to Belgium and trained with Bart Bellon at the NePoPo® Training School and became a certified NePoPo® trainer.
Duke has spent the past 30 years studying dog training methods, animal behaviour and applications from the very best trainers around the world and continues to do so. He is the first Canadian to certify in the use of the K9 BSD ( Behaviour Shape Device )and The First dog trainer in the history of the RCMP Canine s
Services to be called in to the RCMP Canine training centre to do a 4-day workshop with the head trainers and teach NePoPo® with E-Collar.
