Hi my name is Mark Alten I am the owner of Alten Dog Training, I have been involved in some kind of animal training since I was 12 years old. My two brothers and I are master falconers and have enjoyed training and hunting with hawks and falcons for many years. Many falconers use dogs in the field and I was frequently drawn to why some dogs worked well and some didn’t.
I later found out it all had to do with the quality of training the dog received. This led me to helping everyday people provide their dogs with the proper training so they can become valuable family pack members.
